All prescriptions are issued only after a clinical assessment completed via our online consultation form. Our registered prescriber will review your submission and approve or decline your request based on clinical suitability.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of our clinical team and are valid for use only through our pharmacy service unless otherwise stated.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies honestly. Failure to do so may result in harm and the immediate termination of your access to our services.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event that a prescription is declined by our clinical team following payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service.
Delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Royal Mail or courier delays, bank holidays, or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, returned items cannot be resold or reused under UK medicines regulations. If your order arrives damaged or there is a dispensing error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
